Wedding Photography Prices — Affordable Packages Across the UK
Looking for an affordable wedding photographer without complicated packages? Our wedding photography prices starts at £320 for 2 hours, then every additional hour is £80.
How It Works
Wedding Photography Prices
Wedding photography prices should be simple. You should be able to look at a price list, work out roughly what your day will cost, and get on with planning the rest of your wedding. That is what this page is for.
You choose the amount of coverage you need. A short registry ceremony does not cost the same as a full wedding day, so we keep the pricing flexible, and you never pay for coverage you do not need.
Every option includes the same thing: professional coverage, careful editing, and all your images delivered digitally. There is no cheaper tier where you get worse photos. The only difference between our prices is how long we stay.
Whether you are planning a small ceremony or a full day from morning preparations through to the first dance, you get the same natural, relaxed approach and the same standard of editing.
Choose Your Hours
Affordable Wedding Photography Prices
Our affordable wedding photographer prices are built around your day, not a fixed formula. Choose only the hours you need, from a two-hour ceremony slot to a full day of coverage, and pay accordingly. Every hour is professionally shot and edited, with high-resolution images delivered to an online gallery. Photography starts at £320 for 2 hours, then £80 for each additional hour, so you stay in control of your budget from the moment you book to the moment your gallery lands.

The Details
Booking, Deposits and Timings
Securing your date
A 50% deposit secures your wedding date, with the remaining balance due one week before the wedding. Deposits are non-refundable, as booking your date means turning down other couples for it.
Everything is set out in a plain-English agreement before you pay anything. No small print, no surprises.
Coverage on the day
You choose the start and finish times, from a minimum of 2 hours. Coverage can run up to 12 hours, finishing by 11pm, and every hour after the first two is £80. If you need us later than that, just ask when you enquire.
If the day overruns slightly, we will not stop mid-moment because a clock ran out. We are not there to watch the time.
When you get your photos
Your full gallery of edited images is usually ready within one week. Many photographers take six to twelve weeks. We do not think you should have to wait that long to see your own wedding.
Booking early
Most couples book between four and eighteen months ahead, and summer Saturdays go first. If your date is soon, still get in touch, we sometimes have availability at short notice.

Why Is Wedding Photography So Expensive? Where Your Money Goes

Most of the work happens before and after: planning and backups, professional cameras and lenses, hours of careful editing, secure storage, insurance and delivering your gallery. When you book us, you are paying for a finished set of images you will keep for life, not just someone with a camera.

No. Your price includes the photography, every edited image, a private online gallery and a full print licence. Travel to your venue is included, and there are no weekend premiums or cultural surcharges. The only thing that changes the price is the number of hours you book.
How much deposit do you need?
A 50% deposit secures your date, with the balance due one week before the wedding. Deposits are non-refundable because booking your date means declining other couples for it.
How many photos will we get?
There is no set limit. We photograph throughout your coverage and deliver every good image, fully edited. A full day typically produces several hundred photographs.

Your full gallery arrives usually within one week, plus a sneak preview within a few days of the wedding.

Yes. If the day runs longer than planned, extra hours can be added on the day at £80 per hour. You can also book them in advance.
Do you offer albums or prints?
We keep things digital and affordable. You receive every image with a full print licence, so you can order albums and prints yourself, usually far more cheaply than a photographer would charge.
Do You Need a Second Photographer?
A second photographer captures extra angles, such as both partners getting ready at the same time or wider shots during the ceremony. It is a worthwhile add-on for larger weddings, but for most small and mid-size weddings one experienced photographer covers the day well.
